Can one simple habit change our life ?
There are two most difficult things in human life:
1. To get rid-off of addiction (bad/harmful habits) &
2. To inculcate simple healthy habits in daily routine (SHH)
Many of our friends are experiencing tremendous stress and they are on the way to depression. It is very difficult to stay mentally & physically fit in the second wave of the CORONA pandemic.
Our subconscious mind is stronger than our conscious one.
But don't worry, your willpower may take you to next level of healthiness, happiness, and youngfulness through YOGA.
One good habit that every one should develop in themselves is waking up early in the morning
Benefits of wake up early in the morning
1. Positivity reflects on your every deed & action throughout the day
2. Greater concentration can be achieved due to silence in the morning
3. Energy level in human body is high in the morning
4. Oxygen level is high in the morning
5. This habit gives meaning to your life, there is increas in creativity & sacrifice attitude
6. You become internally active and become more factual towards life.
But now the question arises that how do we develop such habits in ourselves
so here are a few steps to wake up early in the morning
1. Do not try to sleep early (forcefully) if you are not habituated
2. Start your action early in the morning. Wake up early in the morning irrespective of time you sleep last night.
3. Do not sleep in day time even if you wake up early in the morning.
4. Keep your wake up time fixed without sleeping day time. Within a week you will start sleeping early without any effort.
Scientifically, 11PM to 4AM is the best time of sleeping. In other words, don't wake up after 11 at night and do not sleep after 5 AM in the morning. Most probably this is one of the best way to get rest to your body!
