 10 years back I was also unable to do any activity with my right hand due to a spinal disorder. I was unable to concentrate on my carrier due to increased stress and anxiety. I was unable to pull my stamina for more than two hours & I was looking over-aged due to all these issues. I had tried each and every path but all in vain. Then I had decided to concentrate fully on YOG and started designing a module on "YOGA FOR SPINAL DISORDER"....….

At the end of 3 months, I was free from not only my backpack but also from each and every worry. After that, I never looked back and designed various yoga modules on different health disorders. Hundreds of people tried it and now living a normal healthy life.


Today after 10 years of that incident I am growing with each aspect of physical, mental, and spiritual health, what is not growing is my tummy and age
